- Stay hydrated – Don’t forget to drink your 8 glasses of water.
- Moisturize day and night! Choose a moisturizer that works for your skin. Heavy or light, it doesn’t matter, just keep with it. Avoid petroleum if you can.
- Take cooler showers. Hot water strips the skin of precious oils that help keep the skin supple.
- Wear SPF. Sunlight on snow can do a number on your unprotected skin.
- Use facial oil. The delicate skin on your face will thank you. (I like to mix it with my powder makeup for a tinted moisturizer.)
- Exercise regularly. It increases the blood supply to your skin and keeps you glowing!
